Shipping

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment being received and then shipped with Australia Post which includes tracking. 

Local delivery is limited to postcoded 4350 and 4352. All other orders will be shipped. Once submitted to the courier KM Uniquely Adorned is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels.

 

Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If, however, there is a functional problem with your product please contact us so we can provide a solution. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and contact me within 14 days of your order arriving.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Please note, KM Uniquely Adorned is not responsible for lost damaged or stolen parcels once submitted to the courier.
